HGE ID

HGE ID is the central identity for all HGE Uslimato users. Each HGE ID is linked to an email address and provides access to one or more tenants.

Email Verification

After creating an HGE ID, the user receives a verification email. Verification must be completed within 14 days.

Grace Period

• New users can use the application immediately (14-day grace period)
• A yellow banner shows the remaining time
• After the grace period expires, access is blocked until the email is verified
• The verification email can be requested again at any time

Resend Verification Email

1. Click the banner link or navigate to /verify-email
2. Click Resend Verification Email
3. Maximum 3 requests per hour (spam protection)

Multiple Tenants

An HGE ID can be assigned to multiple tenants. The user switches between tenants using the tenant switcher in the header bar.

Security

• Passwords are managed exclusively by the HGE ID identity provider
• HGE ID uses industry-standard encryption
• All login attempts are logged
