Billing & plan
The plan decides how many assets and users your tenant may hold and which modules are available. It is managed under Billing; payment is handled through Stripe.
#What the billing area shows
- Current plan — name and monthly cost
- Subscription status — active, cancelled or past due
- Next billing date — when the next payment is due
- Manage subscription — opens the payment portal
In the payment portal you change the payment method, download invoices, switch plan or cancel.
#The plans
| Plan | Assets | Users |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 50 | 5 |
| Starter | 500 | 25 |
| Professional | 5,000 | 100 |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Current prices and the full feature comparison live at uslimato.com. Two tiles on the Dashboard show continuously how full your plan is.
#When a payment fails
A failed charge does not lock you out immediately. The sequence is deliberately forgiving:
- You receive an email notification
- The payment is retried automatically over the following days
- After three consecutive failures a grace period begins
- During the grace period full access remains, with a visible warning
- As soon as a payment succeeds the warning disappears on its own
Payment problems can be fixed in the payment portal at any time.
#Subscription lifecycle
| State | What applies |
|---|---|
| Active | Business as usual, payments go through |
| Past due | A payment failed, retries are running |
| Grace period (60 days) | Full access, visible warning, reactivation possible |
| Marked for deletion (from 90 days) | The tenant's data is queued for permanent deletion |
| Deleted | The data is permanently removed |
What exactly happens on cancellation, how long you can export your data and how reactivation works is covered in Tenant lifecycle.
#Test and demo tenants
Tenants of type Testing, Demo or Internal need no subscription. For them the billing area is not shown at all.
