Dashboard
The dashboard is your tenant's home page. It shows the state of the inventory the moment you sign in — and each person can arrange it around how they actually work.
#Available tiles
The dashboard is made of tiles. Nine are available, six of them shown by default.

#Customising the dashboard
Everyone configures their own dashboard. Your arrangement changes nothing for anyone else in the same tenant.
#Turning edit mode on and off
Click Customise dashboard at the top right. The button turns green and reads *Done* — that is edit mode. Clicking Done leaves it and saves the arrangement.
#Reordering, removing and adding tiles
- Grab a tile by the handle (⠿) at its top left and drag it to its new position — the rest reflow automatically
- Use the × at the top right to hide a tile — it stays in the pool
- Click a hidden tile under Available tiles at the bottom to bring it back
- Use Reset layout to return to the six-tile default, after a confirmation
#Where your layout is stored
Your tile arrangement lives on the server, not just in the browser. Open Uslimato on another device or in another browser and your layout is there immediately.
Browser storage is only a fast local cache: changes apply locally first and are then sent in the background. If the server is briefly unreachable, you keep working with the cached layout.
#Recent asset changes
This tile shows the eight most recent asset entries from the audit log — the same source as Audit log, just trimmed to the essentials.
- Action — Created, Updated or Deleted, colour-coded
- Asset — which device was affected
- Person — who triggered the change
- Time — relative, e.g. *12 min ago*
#Licence usage
Two tiles show how full your plan is: Asset licence usage puts the number of assets against your plan's limit, User licence usage puts active users against the total. The bar turns red once a limit is exceeded; if your plan has no fixed limit it reads *Unlimited*.
