Uslimato Experience
Uslimato Experience is the app's new interface. It runs alongside the classic design — you switch back and forth at any time. Switching moves, reloads and migrates nothing.
#Switching
Three ways to change mode:
- Header icon — one click at the top right switches the mode
- Avatar menu › Design — a *Classic / Experience* toggle
- Command palette — open with
⌘KorCtrl + Kand search for *Toggle Uslimato Experience*
Your choice applies to the current browser session. It survives a reload in the same tab; a freshly opened browser starts in classic mode again.
#What changes — and what does not
Experience is a visual rework. Permissions, data, routes and features behave identically in both modes.

Unchanged: permissions and roles, every data path, dark and light mode, and tenant isolation.
#The create menu
The green Create button in the header bundles the most common entry points: create an asset, create a ticket, start a process and invite a user. Only the actions you are actually allowed to perform appear.
#Product and admin context
The gear icon in the header switches between two contexts. It is only visible to people with administration rights.
- Product context — the working view: dashboard, assets, processes, movements, tickets, catalog, locations
- Admin context — the tenant's configuration: general, branding, modules, users & roles, locations, billing, integrations, API
An accent stripe under the header and a badge in the breadcrumb make it clear which context you are in. Admin mode goes into detail.
#App launcher
The nine-dot button on the far left opens the app launcher, split into three groups:
- Workspace — the core modules
- Add-ons — ITSM tickets and the self-service desk
- Ecosystem — documentation and the developer portal, each in a new tab
Entries your plan is not licensed for appear greyed out with a note, rather than silently missing.
#Notifications
The bell in the header opens your personal feed. An entry is created the moment something concerns you — it is not a view of the audit log.
- A badge on the bell shows the number of unread entries
- Opening the list marks everything as read; the read state lives on the server
- Clicking an entry jumps to the entity concerned — asset, ticket, movement, user or process
A notification is raised when an asset or ticket is assigned to you, when the status of a ticket assigned to you changes, or when a movement affecting one of your devices completes. Assigning something to yourself raises none.
#Command palette
⌘K or Ctrl + K opens the command palette. It groups by Navigate and Actions; arrow keys move the selection, Enter runs it.
From two characters onwards it also searches assets and users: up to five assets (by name, asset tag and type) and four users (by display name and email) appear in their own groups. As everywhere, tenant isolation applies — you only ever see hits from your own tenant.
#Favourites and branding
The star on each navigation entry pins it under Favourites at the top of the sidebar. Favourites live on the server and are kept separate per tenant.
Administration can adjust the tenant's accent colour and wordmark text under Branding. Both apply in either interface; an empty value falls back to Uslimato green and "uslimato" respectively.
#Accessibility
- The mode toggle is a real button with
aria-pressed - Colour contrast meets WCAG AA in light and dark
- The command palette is fully keyboard operable
- Touch targets stay at least 44 × 44 px on mobile
