Uslimato collects no unnecessary data, separates tenants via Row-Level Security and logs in an audit-proof way. This supports records of processing activities (Art. 30 GDPR).

Printable handover protocols document every asset movement and serve as evidence for internal and external audits. Permission groups ensure only authorized people access sensitive data.

The audit log is reserved for administrators – viewers and technicians don't see it.
