Predefined and custom processes cover the entire lifecycle – intake, prep, hand-out, repair, return and disposal. Every step is documented, every status traceable.
#From intake to disposal
An asset runs through typical stations: intake into stock, prep, hand-out to a user, possibly repair, return and finally certified disposal. Uslimato maps this chain as connected processes.
#Lifecycle board
Active processes can be viewed as a board – columns for "In progress", "Completed" and "Cancelled", filtered by asset type. So you see at a glance what's running.
#Status changes
Statuses like in_stock, in_use or in_repair follow from the processes – no manual upkeep. Every change is logged in the lifecycle.
