Every asset movement is captured as its own process – with a progress indicator, included assets, captured data and a printable handover protocol.
1#Start a movement
Open Start movement, pick the right process and the assets involved. The movement gets a sequential number and appears with the status "In progress".
- Choose a process
- Add assets
- Fill in required fields (depending on the process)
2#Step by step through the wizard
The wizard guides you through the defined steps. For handovers a digital signature can be captured; the signature can be cleared and re-set before you finish.
3#Handover protocol
On completion Uslimato generates a handover protocol with the assets involved and the signature – directly printable as evidence. Completed movements are immutable.
Tip
Movements can also be started and finished on mobile – ideal for handovers right on site.
Done!
The movement is complete – the asset's status and assignment are updated, and the handover protocol is on file as evidence.
