User profiles bundle assigned assets, roles and the full change history. The user detail page is the central hub for person-related IT administration.

#User profiles

Every user has a profile with contact data, role, login status and the currently assigned devices. Display name and profile picture sync with the HGE ID.

#Assigning assets

On the detail page you see all assigned devices including status history and handover protocol. Assignments run as movements and document ownership.

#Per-user audit

The audit log at the user level shows the latest changes this user logged – with timestamp, action and object.

Tip

Useful for HR and IT alike: onboarding and offboarding are traceable via the user overview.
